- Plans: We support our clients in generating a variety of plans that draw from our decades of product development experience. Examples include: resource loading plans to guide recruiting efforts, quality plans, regulatory plans, manufacturing plans, marketing plans, and intellectual property roadmaps to prioritize which ideas to protect first. These documents are tools to identify potential issues and harmonize a company's mindset on the path and priorities. They also reach outside your organization, aligning the vision and workflow of vendors, suppliers, consultants, subject matter experts, regulatory agencies, distributors and more.
- Gantt charts: We solicit input from the entire team while building a detailed Gantt chart and realistic budget. This ensures a realistic schedule and buy-in from the team delivering on it. A well-maintained schedule instantly reveals the most time-sensitive activities. (i.e. the critical path), enabling the team to focus resources and prioritize the right tasks with true entrepreneurial speed.
- Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.): Teams come together for brief meetings periodically to maintain engagement, identify challenges, and clarify priorities.
- Communication: Communication of the schedule and priorities to stakeholders is key to understanding status, identifying risks, highlighting dependencies, preventing distractions and setting expectations.
